By Road
From A59 - (Ormskirk direction). Join A570 and continue towards Southport. Continue until turning left onto A5147 Gorsuch Lane. Continue for a short distance before turning right onto Renacres Lane. Follow this road and Renacres Hospital is on the left.
Hospital facilities
- Direct dial telephone, Digital TV and radio are available in all rooms for your and your visitor's comfort.
- Meals are served in your room and comprise a superb selection of dishes, all freshly prepared.
- Free car parking and disabled access is also available.
- Diagnostic facilities include contrast studies, barium studies, ultrasound, cardiology, video urodynamics, CT, MRI, in addition to general radiology.
- Our modern physiotherapy clinic is staffed with chartered, state registered physiotherapists. Treatments offered include, electrotherapy, manual and exercise therapy for a wide range of musculo skeletal problems. The department also offers acupuncture, aromatherapy and a pelvic floor clinic for both male and female patients.
Visiting Hours
2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm for NHS patients
1pm - 8pm for self-paying patients
We do ask that you be considerate to others in the hospital. Lots of noise and many people can be very distressing to some patients. Please respect their need for rest and privacy. Children are very welcome but they must be supervised by an adult at all times.
