Around 3 million men in the UK suffer from lower urinary tract symptoms due to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), with 35,000 requiring surgery annually. While traditional procedures like TURP offer effective relief, they carry risks such as incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and ejaculatory issues. Aquablation therapy offers a highly precise, robot-assisted solution for men suffering from BPH. It utilises high-velocity water under real-time imaging to remove prostate tissue with unmatched accuracy and minimal side effects.
