Staff at Renacres Hospital in Ormskirk, took part in a ‘Wear It Pink’ day to raise money for life-saving breast cancer research.

On Tuesday 30th August Oaks Hospital hosted the official opening of its brand new SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) unit, which offers oncology services to patients for a range of specialty areas including skin, gynaecology, urology and breast cancers in the local area.

The staff at Pinehill Hospital are delighted to have been awarded this accreditation for the Non-Touch technique (ANTT) by The Association for Safe Aseptic Practice (ASAP). 

Four years ago Rivers Hospital launched their first Look Good Feel Better workshop. Ladies currently undergoing and also recently finished their cancer treatment join together for a morning of make-up tips, laughter and building new friendships.

As part of a major deal with NHS England, Ramsay Health Care UK is providing additional emergency capacity to the NHS from all our hospitals.  This includes the provision of urgent, acute trauma, medical and cancer care.

Jane Benson holds the post of Theatre Manager at Exeter Medical after seventeen years spent in the theatre at the Royal Devon & Exeter hospital; latterly as a Matron in the Plastic and Reconstruction theatre.
