Congratulations to Paul Scott from Ashtead Hospital and Diane Charnley from Renacres Hospital who were the successful candidates chosen for the Ramsay Leadership Programme.

This programme will take them all around the business on a variety of business critical projects. Paul commences his Leadership Programme at The Dean Neurological Rehabilitation Centre and Diane will be seconded onto the EPR project for its launch in the North West.

Ramsay do not like to make things too easy for our high flyers so the programme is underpinned by undertaking an MBA at the prestigious Henley Business School. We wish them all our luck to help them through the 36 months, numerous exams and assignments that will earn them the MBA. All at Ramsay have every confidence that they will be amazing.
