In addition to primary joint replacement work I perform revision hip and knee replacement surgery. Where appropriate I am able to offer patients un-cemented joint replacement, partial knee replacement and hip resurfacing as well as conventional cemented hip and knee replacement.

As a consultant, I continue to develop my surgical repertoire incorporating computer navigation and customized shape-matching technology. I have also adopted changes in peri-operative analgesia and post-operative rehabilitation that have resulted in rapid recovery and early discharge.

In addition to my elective work, I maintain a full NHS trauma commitment. I am a surgical trainer. I lecture on national and international training courses and am an honorary senior lecturer at the University of Leeds."
