Emma is responsible for the coordination of the Spinal Department and manages the Spinal Administrative team at New Hall Hospital. Her responsibilities include the smooth management of all patient pathways including emergency, urgent and routine surgery; ensuring services are available for consultation, diagnostics and theatre time. Emma is the main point of contact for the Wessex and Peninsula spinal networks allowing New Hall to share outcomes and learning with our spinal colleagues. She also ensures The British Spinal Registry is maintained for all procedures conducted by New Hall Hospital and recognises the importance her team play in ensuring quality and outcome measures post spinal surgery which will pave the way for advances and improvements to our speciality. Emma strives to deliver a high quality and safe service for all patients within the South West, surrounded by a strong and dynamic team who support the service and the patient experience ensuring the patient is at the heart of everything we do.
